Wednesday, November 1: during regular class period

• Writing ( 15% ). Write an essay of at least 180 words in 45 minute.s following a writing prompt.
  

Friday, November 3: 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

• Listening (20%). 20 multiple choice questions (Possible forms: short dialogues/mini talks/dictation)
  Students should bring their receiver (radio/mp3, etc.) to do the listening; it will be broadcast via campus radio.
  
  
• Reading comprehension (10%). Five multiple choice questions on a passage of 500 words.
  
  
• Vocabulary (35%). 35 multiple choice questions; Vocabulary includes both texts A (the list of "new words and expressions) and B (the list of “words and phrases to learn), units 1-4
  
  
• Cloze (10%). Ten blanks to fill in a passage of 250 words.
  
  
• True/False (10%) 10 statements about the content of passages 1-12 in Reading Course Book
